What if the delivery date is a public holiday?
We don’t deliver flowers on public holidays, so we’ll deliver your flowers the following working day of the week.
What date will you take payment?
We’ll bill you weekly based on your sign up date, and deliver your flowers the following day of the week that you select.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can let us know if you’d like to cancel your subscription, or log into your account and cancel yourself.
How is payment taken?
We’ll charge the credit card or PayPal account you made your initial purchase on.
Can I gift this to someone else?
Absolutely! Just put their details in the Shipping information at the Checkout and we’ll take care of the rest.
Can I include a vase?
Sure, we have upcycled vases available as an add-on at checkout.
I’m going away, can I have my bunch delivered on a different day?
If you need your bunch delivered on a different day, let us know and we’ll arrange it for you. Alternatively, you can donate your delivery to someone else deserving, just let us know at least a day in advance and we will make it happen!
